At Communion Services
If you are a communicant member of a Christian Church, you are welcome to come up to receive the bread and wine. Otherwise you are welcome to either remain in your seat or come up to receive a blessing. Keeping your hands down by your side will signify to the Vicar that you wish to receive a blessing. If you have difficulty coming up to the Communion Rail and would like the Vicar to come to you, then please inform a sidesman.

New Evening Service – Modern family life has changed greatly in recent years making it more difficult for people to attend church on Sundays. Working with the Methodist Church, we have decided to create a monthly evening service at 8 p.m. on Mondays with a relaxed atmosphere after the hurly burly of the day. Do come and try it out!
Do you need someone to clean your house? – The lady who keeps the vicar’s house beautifully clean would like up to 4 hours work on Tuesdays each week and on Wednesdays every other week. For information, contact Mary on 259 2238.

Laughter is a gift: Questions asked by tourists: Is Fort William still alive?
Please pray:-
· For anyone known to us who is ill or suffering.
· For families and friends of loved ones who have past away.
· For teachers and pupils, that they may have a refreshing half-term holiday.
· For all students preparing for and taking important public exams.
· Four our parish council and the work they do for our community.
Proverb of the Week: “Discipline your children, and they will give you happiness and peace of mind.” (Proverbs 29 v 17)
