At Communion Services
If you are a communicant member of a
Christian Church, you are welcome to come up to receive the bread and
wine. Otherwise you are welcome to
either remain in your seat or come up to receive a blessing. Keeping your hands down by your side will
signify to the Vicar that you wish to receive a blessing. If you have difficulty coming up to the
Communion Rail and would like the Vicar to come to you, then please inform a
sidesman.

NOTICES
LAST CHANCE TO JOIN US
FOR THE VISION SETTING DAY FOR ST CUTHBERT'S! We are gathering at the Barnabas Centre in Oadby on the 20th
February to look towards what the Lord would have for us in the future. Please
consider coming so as a congregation we can pray and talk together and go
forward in the Lord. It will start and 9:00 am with coffee and 9:30 will begin
with Rev Dr Stuart Burns speaking to us and setting out the day.
CHURCH WARDENS! I would like people at St Cuthbert's to consider if they would like to take on the role of church warden. We will need two church wardens as of April, and I am looking for those who will join me as a team to bring the church forward in the future God is calling us to. We have a lot of back up through those on the PCC and many people who have years of experience to help if anything gets tricky. Ideally it would be lovely to have extras as well who would consider being assistant wardens who can than take over once the others step down in three years time. Please pray and consider whether or not God is calling you to this role, to becoming part of the team who can help shape the vision for us as church. If you're interested please come and speak to Kim.

THANK YOU Bernard and Christine
Higgins would like to thank everybody for their prayers, help and support over
the last month or so and especially those who have shopped, given lifts and
brought us lovely meals ready to eat. Not only have we enjoyed the food but
also found it an opportunity to get to know people better. As a token of our
appreciation, we have given a gift of money to the UNICEF Syrian refugee
appeal. Thank you again and God bless.
