News in the Pews

Sunday 19th January – Third Sunday of Epiphany

Collect for Today
God of all mercy,
your Son proclaimed good news to the poor,
release to the captives,
and freedom to the oppressed:
anoint us with your Holy Spirit
and set all your people free
to praise you in Christ our Lord.
Amen

Post Communion Prayer
Almighty Father,
whose Son our Saviour Jesus Christ is the light of the world:
may your people,
illumined by your word and sacraments,
shine with the radiance of his glory,
that he may be known, worshipped, and obeyed to the ends of the earth;
for he is alive and reigns, now and for ever.
Amen

New Wine 2020, August 2nd – 6th Peterborough. New Wine is a Christian camping site with great teaching and music. The music and teaching takes place in huge tents on site. There are groups for every child/teenager as well so the children will have a great time to. It is a great experience to do together as a church, where we can all camp together. You are able to opt in or out of the teachings as it suits you. We need to book together as a church group so if you would like to join us or would just like to find out more speak to Kim or Linda to learn more.
