At Communion Services
If you are a communicant member of a Christian Church, you are welcome to come up to receive the bread and wine.  Otherwise you are welcome to either remain in your seat or come up to receive a blessing.  Keeping your hands down by your side will signify to the Vicar that you wish to receive a blessing.   If you have difficulty coming up to the Communion Rail and would like the Vicar to come to you, then please inform a sidesman.

NOTICES

Charlie and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and generosity with all the cards and gifts that we received this last week for our silver anniversary. Your kindness and love has meant a lot to us and we can't thank you enough for being a part of our special day. Kim

21st January is Prayer for Christian Unity, the Methodist will be joining us for the 10:45 am service. I do hope many of you can be with us as we celebrate the Lord together.

Throughout February-March we are hoping to do a course to help us explore Christianity in greater depth. This course will be for people who have been Christians for many years or those who are still trying to decide where Jesus belongs in their life. It will be a place to explore and question aspects of Christianity and learn together in a non-judgemental environment. I would like to know how many people would be interested in doing this course together with me and others who are interested. We will decide an evening in due course once we know who would like to attend so we can find the most convenient day. Please do speak to Kim if you are interested. Let us find greater understanding of Christ together.

Ladies Night Out will be at the Oadby Grange Farm Pub on Wednesday 17th January at 7.30pm and on February 21st.
Any ladies interested or needing to book for one/both evenings please contact Mo John email mojohnal@gmail.com or Tel 0116 2593504. Thank you Carole & Mo
