NOTICES
Concert for Piano and Clarinet takes place
on Sunday, 4th November at 2.30 p.m. To
help raise the £50,000 needed to repair he roof of St Helen's Church,
Saddington, there is a concert in the church.
It is a lovely programme for clarinet (played by Peter Cornish, an
accomplished clarinet player, and piano played by well-known composer/pianist
Francis Pott. Saddington is a very small
village community of only 75 households, so £50,000 is a huge sum for them to
raise. It would be lovely if you could
support them by going to the concert or sending a donation.
The All Soul's Service takes place this year on
Friday, 2nd November, at
7.30 p.m. at St Cuthbert's Church. This is a very gentle service for those who have been bereaved and for the remembrance of loved ones.
